Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name or location entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside provider that operates the tool. That provider processes the query and supplies its results. We do not keep or log those search terms on our own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
We retain an email or other direct message as needed to answer it. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal duty.
Data We Gather Automatically
When a page loads, the server may record basic technical details about that visit:
- Your device's assigned IP address
- Browser name and version
- Operating system and device category
- Viewed pages and time spent on them
- Any referring website
- The date and time of each request
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files saved on a device. They and analytics services help combine traffic data, such as which pages receive visits and where a session ends. Browser controls can block cookies, though disabling them may change how some features work.

No Criminal-Record Data on File
We do not store, assemble, or sell a database of personal criminal records. Visitor data is not compiled into third-party dossiers or consumer reports, and we are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search boxes. Their own privacy policies govern submitted terms, retention, and sharing. We do not set those practices. Review the provider's policy before running a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to sheriff pages, New Mexico court portals, state agencies, legal resources, or outside search services. Once you follow one, the destination's privacy terms control the visit. Check them before providing personal information.
Advertising providers may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and select targeted ads.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold. Limited information may be received by:
- A search provider handling a query
- Analytics vendors measuring traffic and performance
- Advertising networks serving page ads
- A government body when valid legal process requires disclosure
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable security practices protect collected data. No internet system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.
Users Under 18
This resource is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor's data comes to our attention, we will remove it.
Your Data Rights
Applicable law, including the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act and New Mexico consumer-protection law, may provide rights based on residence and context. At a minimum, you may:
- Request a copy of personal data we hold
- Ask that inaccurate information be corrected
- Seek deletion of your information
